Hey! You wanted me to write a critique for this morningsky image. Don't mind the stars as they don't teach anyone anything.
Photographically: I would consider using an even slower shutterspeed. The reason for this is that you'd get more color from the sky in the clouds. A way to figure out how you can get the most of the highlights would be to expose for the brightest part in the image. You're not far off (if any at all). I like the composition here, because you've got the image divided nicely vertically with the clouds in the middle of the image. And the bottom of the image contains good details in the silhouettes.
Post-processing: I would consider dragging a gradient tool from the bottom line of clouds and upwards to give it more exposure and at the same time increase the brightness in the shadows. I would also consider increasing the whites here, because this would provide you with an overall better contrast as you've allready got pure blacks. Also increasing the luminance in the blue section here would give you a step-by-step kinda composition. This is a matter of personaltaste, because some will like the same type of "window" to orange and blue here. I would at least see if this was something for you. Remember that everything you do is a matter of personaltaste in the end.
Hope this was helpful eventhough it was only a few details of tips
