First of all: I love the texture contrast between the dragon and the branch!
This is a very detailed, high-quality capture, which impresses me right off the get-go.
The one thing I don't like about this capture is the extent of the blurring in the top right of the background. I see what you were going for with depth of field, but in this case, maybe it would have been better to go with a slightly larger f-stop, to put the branches in behind him in some semblance of focus. If it was done in post-production, maybe lay off the blurring next time. If you look closely above his eyes, you can see the beginning of some "lighting lines" (for lack of a better term) on the branch, which aren't attractive.
Back to the foreground, very well done. Again, good detail and composition. Bearded dragons always make for good subjects.
